Department of Rehabilitation Services Office Directory

The Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) serves people with all types of disabilities, except persons with visual disabilities. Help for Oklahomans who are blind or visually impaired is available through the Division of Visual Services (DVS). To find the DVR or DVS office nearest to you, call our toll free hotline at (800) 487-4042 and follow the recorded instructions. The Oklahoma School for the Blind, also known as Parkview School, offers residential, pre-school and outreach education services for children who are blind or visually impaired.

The Oklahoma School for the Deaf provides residential, satellite pre-school, early intervention and outreach education services for children who are Deaf or hard of hearing.

The Disability Determination Division determines medical eligibility for two Social Security Administration (SSA) programs: Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI). Individuals apply for disability benefits at Social Security Administration offices.
