Call for an initial consultation. This will help determine if the Davis Program will successfully address your own or your child's learning difficulties. Allow two hours for the appointment. If you or your child have been tested or diagnosed for a learning disability, you are welcome to bring along the information to your appointment. No previous testing or diagnosis is required.

The International Dyslexia Association (IDA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping individuals with dyslexia, their families and the communities that support them. IDA is the oldest learning disabilities organization in the nation -- founded in 1949 in memory of Dr. Samuel T. Orton, a distinguished neurologist. They provide the most comprehensive forum for parents, educators, and researchers to share their experiences, methods, and knowledge.

Recording for the Blind & Dyslexic, a nonprofit volunteer organization, is the nation's educational library serving people who cannot effectively read standard print because of visual impairment, dyslexia, or other physical disability. Produces textbooks on tape for public school and college students for a minimal cost. Must fill out an application. They have a catalog of materials already available or you may look online or through the LOUIS database (APH).
