Clinic services are available to any Native American who has a CDIB (Certified Degree of Indian Blood) card. Appointment only, no walk ins.

  • Clinic is open Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Wednesdays only 8 a.m. to Noon.
  • Minor Surgery is performed only on Wednesdays from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. (Closed to Public).
  • Pharmacy is open Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays 9 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. and Wednesdays only 9 a.m. to Noon.

The Muscogee Nation is situated in a 10-county region south of Tulsa, Oklahoma. The Health System has entered into a contract with the Indian Health Service to provide comprehensive health services to eligible Native Americans and Alaskan Natives living within the established boundaries of the Muscogee Nation through various facilities, programs and services.
