Linking Policy

In the course of providing comprehensive service and information to Oklahomans with disabilities, DRS may provide links to content not controlled by the state of Oklahoma. No endorsement is intended or made of any link, product, service or information either by its inclusion or exclusion from this portal.

To request a link on the DRS Web site, contact DRS.

DRS representatives evaluate each requested link based upon the following criteria:

Does the suggested link contain information and services that relate to disability concerns or information to overcome obstacles frequently encountered by people with disabilities? i.e. does it help people with disabilities solve disability-related problems?

DRS will not include links to political affiliation sites or sites which further the agenda of a political organization or candidate running for office. It is not the policy of DRS to link directly to a commercial site.

We reserve the right to deny or remove any links if it is determined that a site contains misleading claims, hinders the mission of DRS or conflicts with the policy stated above.

DRS is not responsible for content of web sites not controlled by the DRS, nor does the DRS' privacy policy apply to external sites. Use of information obtained from such web sites is voluntary and should be independently verified.
