People who are blind and those with visual impairments should contact the Division of Visual Services by e-mail. Legal blindness occurs when visual acuity with best correction is 20/200 or less or when side vision results in a field restriction of 20 degrees or less.

People who have other disabilities should contact the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation by e-mail.

Individuals may apply at DVR/DVS field offices located throughout Oklahoma or fill out the application on-line. To connect to the DRS office in your area call 800.487.4042, view a map of DRS offices or read a listing of all our locations.  For TTy/TDD assistance call 800.845.8476.
